Sport has been an integral part of my life since I was a little boy. Ballet was the first step through which I fell in love with movement, and then I fell in love with sport aerobics during an open day. As a competitive athlete for 7 years, I won several national and international competitions which taught me perseverance and teamwork.

Since 2015, the world of Pilates has become my new passion. Pilates not only plays a key role in shaping my body, but also provides mental and physical balance. My love for the sport has remained unbroken ever since, whether it's the joy of movement or pushing boundaries. For me, sport is not just a recreational activity, but also a way of life, in which harmony of body and soul is equally important. I believe that sport is accessible to everyone and a wonderful tool to live a healthy and balanced life.

Sport has always played a major role in my life, I was a competitive gymnast for many years. For me, the special thing about Pilates is that it is ideal for women, men and even children, and can be started and practised at any age and fitness level, thanks to the fact that each exercise is fully customisable. The results of regular, conscious practice can be seen and felt in a very short time.

Pilates has been part of my life since 2016. I completed the Iwi Fitness Instructor training in 2016, followed by the NewPilatesByAD ground and reformer modules a year later, and over the years I have developed the technique of Pilates circuit training. In my classes you can strengthen your deep muscles and build lean longitudinal muscles. For me, a shapely physique is very important, so I have specifically butt-centered stretches in every workout. We leave time at the end of each class for stretching so we can build more toned muscles together.

For more than ten years Pilates was just a hobby for me. Wherever I travelled in the world, I would visit a new studio to try new Pilates-related movements.
After the birth of my son in 2016, I completed a personal trainer training course and then Tracy Mallett's Booty Barre Instructor training in Italy. In my classes I focus on achieving a feminine athletic physique, strengthening deep core muscles and creating the perfect "Flow".
