Ballet was the first step through which I fell in love with movement, and then I fell in love with sport aerobics during an open day. As a competitive athlete for 7 years, I won several national and international competitions which taught me perseverance and teamwork.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since 2015, the world of Pilates has become my new passion. Pilates not only plays a key role in shaping my body, but also provides mental and physical balance. My love for the sport has remained unbroken ever since, whether it's the joy of movement or pushing boundaries. For me, sport is not just a recreational activity, but also a way of life, in which harmony of body and soul is equally important.
